Keap, formerly Infusionsoft, is a CRM and marketing automation suite for small businesses: contact database, email campaigns, automations, appointment booking, invoicing and payments in one subscription.
Keap customers are owner-run service businesses with a few to a few dozen employees: coaches, consultants, agencies, clinics, financial advisers, estate agents and course sellers, mostly in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. A website posting its forms to Keap invests in lead follow-up and pays a meaningful monthly software bill, more than most small businesses.
